Throughout the global marketplace, customer feedback has become a necessity for many
businesses to succeed. The purpose of this annual questionnaire is to monitor the quality
of the product and services we provide to end-users, OEMs, distributors and integration partners
so we can continuously improve the value AFCON provides to your organization. The summary results of the questionnaires will be analyzed and reviewed by our senior management team on a quarterly basis and will provide AFCON with data necessary to evaluate programs and implement changes.
